OFFSZN is operated by Bucko Management LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the OFFSZN mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you create an account we collect your email address, display name, date of birth, and password. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email from that provider.

Profile Information: You may optionally provide your sport, position, school, grade, height, weight, jersey number, and profile photo.

Coach Information: Coaches provide government-issued identification and a selfie for identity verification via Stripe Identity. We do not store identity documents—Stripe handles verification securely and deletes them after the verification process completes. We only store the verification status, not the documents themselves.

Content You Create: Posts to The Field (game feed), drill uploads, team information, messages, and other content you submit through the Service.

Usage Data: With your consent, we collect anonymous usage statistics such as screens visited and features used. This data contains no name, email, birthday, or other personally identifiable information. You can opt out at any time in your profile settings.

Health and Fitness Data: When you log workouts, nutrition, sleep, and biometrics (weight, measurements), we treat this as health information. This data is encrypted in transit and at rest. You can delete your health history at any time, or request full account deletion. Health data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

Apple Health: If you connect Apple Health from the Stats tab, OFFSZN reads your workouts, sleep, weight, and dietary energy/water so your log fills in automatically, and writes back the entries you log manually so both stay in sync. This is entirely opt-in—we never request Health access automatically. Health data read from or written to Apple Health is never shared with third parties, never sold, and never used for advertising. You can disconnect at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → Data Access & Devices → OFFSZN.

2. Age Requirements and COPPA Compliance

OFFSZN complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

OFFSZN requires all users to be at least 13 years of age. We verify age during account registration by collecting date of birth.

Users under 18 must link a parent or guardian's email address. The linked guardian receives a verification email and must approve the minor's account before the minor can access messaging, public posting, and coach features. Guardians can manage their linked athlete's account from the Guardian Center in the app.

Coaches must be 18 or older and must complete identity verification.

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
To create and manage your account
To process coach identity verification
To facilitate communication between users (messaging, team features)
To enforce our age requirements and guardian verification
To send service-related notifications (streak reminders, challenge updates, team activity) based on your notification preferences
To analyze anonymous usage patterns and improve the app experience (only with your consent)

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

With other users: Your display name, profile photo, sport, and content you post are visible to other users as part of the Service's social features.
Service providers: We use third-party services for hosting, authentication, identity verification, and analytics. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
Safety: We may share information when we believe it is necessary to protect the safety of our users, particularly minors.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure, cloud-hosted infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement access controls to protect your information. While no system is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your data.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Access and update: You can view and edit your profile information at any time in the app.
Analytics opt-out: You can decline or revoke anonymous analytics collection from the consent prompt or your profile settings.
Notifications: You can control notification preferences (streak reminders, challenge updates, team activity) in your profile settings.
Account deletion: You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@offsznapp.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those services, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies:

Authentication: Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In. We receive your name and email from these providers.
Payment Processing: Stripe processes all athlete payments and coach payouts. Stripe collects payment card details for athletes and banking information for coaches. View Stripe's privacy policy.
Identity Verification: Stripe Identity verifies coach government-issued identification. Stripe handles document storage and deletion per their security standards.
Error Tracking: Sentry collects app crash reports including stack traces, device information, and environment details to help us fix bugs. Sentry stores this data for 90 days. You can opt out by contacting support@offsznapp.com.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy in the app or on our website with a revised effective date.
