Welcome to OFFSZN. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OFFSZN mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Bucko Management LLC dba OFFSZN ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use OFFSZN. If you are between 13 and 17, you may use the Service with the consent of a parent or guardian. Athletes under 18 can train, log workouts, track nutrition, and use team features immediately. A verified parent or guardian is required before purchasing subscriptions, messaging coaches directly, or participating in public competitions.
Coaches must be 18 or older and must complete identity verification before publishing content or accepting subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it current. You may not create accounts for others, share your login credentials, or use another person's account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content posted to The Field and other public areas is subject to review. We may remove content and restrict accounts that violate these standards.
You retain ownership of content you post to OFFSZN (posts, videos, drills, comments). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the Service. You may delete your content at any time, which will remove it from the Service.
You represent that you have the right to post any content you submit and that it does not infringe on the rights of others.
Coaches on OFFSZN set their own monthly subscription rates. Coach subscriptions provide access to a coach's drill library, direct messaging, and personalized feedback. Coaches are independent providers — OFFSZN facilitates the platform but does not employ coaches or guarantee the quality of their services.
Coaches must complete identity verification before their content is visible to athletes. Coaches agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms in providing their services.
Certain features may require a paid subscription (such as the All-SZN Pass or individual coach subscriptions). Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be disclosed before purchase. Subscriptions may be managed and cancelled through your account settings or your app store account.
Athletes under 18 require verified guardian approval before making any purchase.
Points earned through training activity, streak maintenance, and daily challenges have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged for money. Points may be redeemed for rewards within the Service as available. We reserve the right to modify the points system, reward availability, and redemption rates at any time.
Your privacy matters. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The OFFSZN name, logo, design, and all original content and software are the property of Bucko Management LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. OFFSZN is a training tool, not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.
We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of content provided by coaches or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bucko Management LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injury during training, loss of data, or unauthorized access to your account.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
